The objective of the present investigation is to carry out a feasibility study for the opening of a branch of the company CMSPORT in the city of Buena-Fe; several and meticulous investigations, calculations and references of technicians, were carried out to define the amount of the investment that will be needed to carry out this project. The project has been divided into chapters for a better understanding. A market research study was carried out, in which the demand and supply of the project was determined with the objective of establishing if there is unsatisfied demand, a vital factor for the development of the project. An analysis was made of the technical and operational aspects of the new company, establishing the determining factors of size, location, equipment - machinery, raw materials, labor, and the engineering of the project. The company's name, its constitution, the philosophical basis and its organization were determined. The study and financial evaluation was determined, which is one of the most important parts for the development and execution of the project, allowing to determine, if the investment is feasible or not. Finally, after having carried out the study of the project, the respective conclusions and general recommendations of the project are established based on the results obtained. The present project, besides being viable and profitable, constitutes a new vein of wealth and employment; contributing in this way to diminish in part the unemployment rate and to generate economic benefits to the partners.
