Artificial Intelligence (AI) is proving to be a technology with great potential to transform education; in this article, the impact of AI on office automation learning was investigated through a pre-experimental methodology and a longitudinal cut. The study was carried out with third level students of Initial Education at the Technical University of Manabí. The perspective of the students was gathered through surveys, which allowed evidencing the positive impact of AI. The experimental group showed a significant improvement in their grades, with a final average of around 96 points out of 100 and 93 % attendance. These results support the notion that AI has transformative potential in education, facilitating the personalization of learning and improving student performance.
