Produção de Pleurotus ostreatus utilizando palha de milho e leguminosas

Resumo

Pleurotus ostreatus, é um cogumelo comestível que é
produzido em uma ampla variedade de resíduos agrícolas e agroindustrial, devido à sua grande capacidade de colonização e degradar substratos lignocelulósicos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a cinética de crescimento radial, para obter de micélio e a produção de Pleurotus ostreatus no estado fresca, utilizando para seu crescimento casca de sabugo de milho doce, casca de leguminosa (ervilha, feijão e fava). Na cinética de crescimento radial, que foi obtendo de micélio a que apresentou o melhor comportamento no crescimento de Pleurotus ostreatus foi o meio de cultura Ágar batata dextrose mais a inclusão de casca de ervilha (Pisum
sativum) 74 mm em 168 horas de crescimento, enquanto
o melhor rendimento de colheita de Pleurotus ostreatus foi o casca de feijão (Vicia faba) 151,40 g de Pleurotus ostreatus, por quilograma de substrato na primeira colheita. Com estes resultados, existe uma alternativa para aproveitar os resíduos da legumes que são gerados no mercado central do cantão Quevedo, Província de Los Ríos, Equador, na obtenção de um alimento e reduzir a contaminação que os resíduos gerar no ambiente.
