Operational Management; work environment of internal users

The operational management in the treatment of internal users of the Social Development Management Directorate of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Quevedo, in its current process, leaves some observations that must be improved, such as: the processes in which the activities of officials and in the various dimensions of work environment cited in the document. To carry out the research, methods such as the survey are used, an input that allows knowing the qualities and defects that Operational Management has from deductive and inductive methods, as well as observation, and on this basis propose corrective measures and decisions within the organization. Management, for the prospective development of an alternative proposal: a Plan for the Improvement of the Work Environment, which will improve the procedures for dealing with internal users. The methodology used bases its approach in a descriptive and qualitative-quantitative manner, tending on the basis of the results achieved, to achieve adequate operational management and that the objectives expected by the department are achieved, by implementing effective strategies for a correct development of the work environment of east
