Pedagogical Approach of the Professional Training of the Art Instructor

In the field of higher education, the professional formation of the art instructor must be carried out based on a pedagogical conception, scientifically supported by theoretical foundations that integrate the pedagogical and artistic aspects. Due to this it is necessary to develop and focuss attention on a professionalized teaching-learning process, which favors his/her professional education. This demands the development of an armonic system of influencies and educational actions, guided towads his professional work. This problematic is conceived as a handicap in the professional work of the art instructor that limit his professional artistic-pedagogical performance. In this context, the intention is to give a pedagogical approach to the art instructor´s work by providing theoretical elements that permit to achieve and integrate a more dynamic formation.
