This paper reviews the problem of violence in schools, where it has long been detected that students, including children and adolescents, have suffered violent acts in their places of study. This topic involves not only the students but also the directors and teachers of the educational centers. Use an appropriate way of expressing yourself to determine what is happening in schools in an exact way is the first step to identify and limit reality. It is therefore necessary to analyze the situation to propose possible solutions. The work of the psycho-pedagogue is important as part of the solution, hence the objective of this research is to review theoretical positions on the orientations and competences that future psycho-pedagogues should have to mediate in the management of school conflicts. Analysis and synthesis, structural systemic, observation, survey and interview are used as method.
