Methodological strategies in the process of collaborative work in the Enterprise Management career of the Enterprise Sciences Faculty of the UTEQ - Quevedo

The present paper is focused on knowing of collaborative work among teachers, the students’ progress for autonomy and independent development in order to identify the students’ capacity to solve conflicts and cases. It pretends to strengthen the students’ capacity in function of environment pressure. For the purpose of this work, it was appropriated to apply some techniques which promote the abilities and skills for independent and team works, and also for using of development techniques which support the profession strength. It was done in the State Technical University of Quevedo with an intentional sample of 15 teachers of different knowledge area in the Enterprise Management Career, belonging to Enterprise Sciences Faculty. Three groups were selected: the first of administrative area, the second was teachers of communication, language, mathematics, statistics areas and the third was teachers of researching area. To get the information the discussion scheme or round table was applied, which was constructed in three blocks: the first in students’ activities function, the second in the learning level and the third in individual and team works of study group. This study allowed to identify the real situation related to collaborative work and academic students performance.
