The article starts from the theoretical inconsistencies regarding the development of the guidance work by the social actors in the process of prevention of behaviour disorders in the child population, proposing a conception that legitimizes the particularities of such work for the sake of to favour the protection of the child from the promotion of pedagogical justice as a quality of the mentioned work.
