Pedagogical Model of Tutor’s Process in Initial Formation of Schoolteachers to Family’s Orientation from Teaching Unit

This work is done from observation of deficiencies in a daily educational practice related with a tutor’s process development in primary school in Teaching Unit condition specifically for family’s orientation from initial formation, this aspect corroborate from the diagnostic done from different thesis of master’s degree done in Oriente’s University of Santiago de Cuba. The verification of this limitation has conduced to explore of investigation realized according to the tutor’s process in initial formation of professionals of education. In this sense it was very obvious the theoretical’s inadequacies related with tutor’s process contextualized in process of family’s orientation. All these have negative influences in quality of the tutor’s process in primary school as Teaching Unit for that reason is necessary to improve this process take into consideration the teacher’s function as counsellor, for that reason this work suggest as objective to elaborate Pedagogical model of tutor’s process in initial formation of schoolteachers to family’s orientation from Teaching Unit.
